Because the tape drive internally ties logic ground to its frame, you need to isolate the tape drive

from the computer chassis. Use the two nylon shoulder washers (part number HDW-10004-07) to

ensure that the metal support bracket does not touch the conductive coating on the front bezel.

Please refer to Figure 6 for correct installation of the shoulder washers.
